Mike Collins has always worked in B.C. at the dealership level from his start in 1978 selling cars, to sales manager in the early 80's, to general sales manager for the past two decades. Mike's last stint at the same dealership for over 11 years taught him many of life's lessons. The most important lesson is to keep a positive relationship with all customers and to make sure they are completely satisfied.
